Follow these steps to successfully start your Greenwheels car journey:
1. Open the Gaiyo app and tap on your active reservation on the dashboard.
2. Tap “Start trip” to unlock the vehicle via the app.
3. Receive your personal PIN promptly, especially if the car has recently been upgraded. Enter it via the app or the in-car display to unlock the car and key/card holder.
4. Remove the key, fuel or charging card from the holder in the glove compartment.
5. Is the car equipped with Bluetooth unlocking (such as VW ID.3)? If so, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
6. Start the engine or put the car in Drive, depending on the type of vehicle.
